1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VaultSip website and purchasing any VaultSip products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the VaultSip platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately. VaultSip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Products and Pricing

VaultSip specializes in stainless steel insulated tumblers with straw lids in a 40oz capacity, designed for maximum temperature retention and everyday durability. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. However, VaultSip reserves the right to modify product details, discontinue items, or update specifications at any time without prior notice.

Prices displayed on the VaultSip website are subject to change without notice. VaultSip makes no guarantee that a product price at the time of browsing will remain the same at the time of purchase. In the event of a pricing error, VaultSip reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price and will notify affected customers promptly.

All products are available while supplies last. VaultSip does not guarantee stock availability and is not liable for any inconvenience caused by a product being out of stock after an order has been placed. In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on the VaultSip website, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. VaultSip reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed in violation of these terms.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted and industry-standard payment processor. VaultSip does not store, collect, or have access to your full credit card or payment information. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to those of VaultSip. Accepted payment methods are determined by those available through the Stripe payment platform at the time of checkout.

Order confirmation will be sent following successful payment processing. Receipt of a confirmation does not constitute a guaranteed acceptance of your order. VaultSip reserves the right to cancel confirmed orders in cases such as product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued accordingly.

4. Shipping and Delivery

VaultSip ships orders within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Once an order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination and the shipping carrier. While VaultSip strives to meet these estimates, delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of VaultSip's control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

VaultSip is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to VaultSip due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for redelivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

VaultSip offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within this period. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. VaultSip reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund eligibility, processing timelines, and the specific conditions under which returns are accepted are outlined in detail in VaultSip's Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Customers are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before making a purchase.

To initiate a return, customers must contact VaultSip through the contact form on the website within the 30-day return window. VaultSip will not be responsible for returned items sent without prior authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the VaultSip website, including but not limited to logos, product names, photographs, graphics, written content, design elements, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of VaultSip and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

No content from the VaultSip website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, transmitted, or used in any form or by any means without the express prior written permission of VaultSip. Unauthorized use of VaultSip's intellectual property may result in legal action.

The VaultSip name and brand identity are proprietary to VaultSip. Any use of the VaultSip name, logo, or associated branding for commercial purposes without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VaultSip and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the VaultSip website, the purchase or use of any VaultSip products, or any errors, interruptions, or omissions in the website's content or functionality.

VaultSip's total liability to any customer for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim. VaultSip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of its products for any particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in the product descriptions.

VaultSip is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse of its products, failure to follow product care instructions, or use of the products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of the VaultSip website or your purchase of VaultSip products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which VaultSip operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using the VaultSip website and purchasing VaultSip products, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state for the resolution of any disputes.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
